Our Food Hygiene Rating Newcastle City's Environmental
Health Department recently carried out its annual inspection of our kitchen and management and has awarded us with their 5
star rating. The rating shows that we demonstrate an excellent service so you can be confident of the quality, care and attention
we put into the food services we deliver. Our belief is that providing excellent quality food is a crucial ingredient to achieving
customer satisfaction for a whole day's enjoyable experience.
Q: What is Scores on the Doors? A: Scores on the Doors is a Government scheme to allow members of the public
to see the results of the last food hygiene inspection in the form of a hygiene star rating. The
star rating is based on the scores for hygiene, structure and confidence in management, because they are under the direct
control of the food business operator. The better the standards of food safety, the higher
the number of stars given. This will range from 5 stars (excellent) to no stars (very poor)
