There has been a huge increase in water charges to our Parish. This is because of a change to charges for surface water by the Northumbrian Water Group who also own other water companies
in the UK. They have interests in Scotland, Ireland and Gibraltar - www.nwg.co.uk/NWG_2008Annual_Report.pdf. They have now withdrawn the usual
charitable concession granted to all Charities. The Association would kindly ask you to raise the issue at the highest
level. If
the concession is not reinstated it will mean an
increased financial burden
on our Parish and our Day Care centre. Please take 1 minute to sign the
